Customer Support Executive / BPO Executive

About the Role

CallHealth is hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive / BPO Executive in Hyderabad. This is an opportunity for graduates looking to build a stable career in the non-IT healthcare BPO space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers with their healthcare-related queries.
• Facilitate the booking of doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, health packages, and home healthcare services.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding CallHealth's services, doctor availability, and department timings.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex complaints to the respective departments.
• Maintain highly accurate customer data and call records in the CRM system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and patient-centric support.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and health service confirmations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate in any discipline (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, etc.).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Active listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
