Position Overview

Seeking an ERP Consultant eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. This role involves supporting the implementation, customization, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is an opportunity for individuals with ERP, business systems, or IT support experience to develop in a collaborative, bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
• Configure, test, and maintain ERP modules
• Provide end-user training and day-to-day system support
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve them
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English / Japanese (Business-level proficiency in Japanese required)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) (Exposure is a plus, but not required)
• ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or related field experience
• Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Japanese-English bilingual environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
• Experience participating in ERP implementation or system improvement projects
