Bhanzu is expanding its Renewals team and is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join us as Business Development Associates – Renewals and work with customers across India.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Market: India / Domestic

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
• Understand customer requirements and address concerns
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Follow up with customers and close renewal deals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned renewal targets

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduation is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory
• Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• A personal laptop is mandatory
• Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup required
• Comfortable with the required shift timings
• Willingness to work towards sales and renewal targets
