Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job roles, salary packages, work locations, and shift details.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong convincing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
