The Event Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing and delivering high-impact business platforms and events. This role works closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into structured, high-quality programs that bring the right people together with clear objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact business platforms and events.
• Plan event formats.
• Define agendas.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with AGMV’s outcome-driven philosophy.
• Manage timelines.
• Manage budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Manage logistics to create seamless experiences for participants.
• Oversee communications and collateral for each platform.
• Manage on-site execution.
• Capture feedback to continuously improve future events.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with basic office and event management software is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to design, coordinate, and execute structured business platforms.
• Solid Budgeting and Project Management skills to oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and craft clear event-related messaging.
• Relevant experience in producing conferences, summits, or industry platforms within real estate, infrastructure, or the built environment ecosystem is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Comfort working on-site at events, including occasional extended hours, is desirable.
