Onboarding, Sales, and Content Creation Associate

About the Company

Protomotive Technologies Pvt Ltd is building technology-led solutions for the automotive ecosystem and enabling garages to adopt more efficient ways of working. We are looking for energetic team members who can work directly with garage partners, support business growth, and communicate the value of our solutions across multiple metro cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach garages to introduce the company's products and services.
• Support the onboarding process by collecting information, coordinating documentation, and helping partners get started smoothly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with garage owners and staff.
• Present offerings clearly, follow up with prospective partners, and assist with sales conversion activities.
• Create clear, engaging content for social media, partner communication, and promotional campaigns.
• Gather market feedback and share customer insights with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate updates on leads, onboarding progress, and daily activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, onboarding, content, or customer-facing work.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with meeting people, explaining services, and working toward practical business goals.
• Basic writing and content creation ability for digital channels.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work across garage and partner locations.
• Automotive, mobility, or local business experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Compensation

• ₹20,000 per month.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity available in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Thane, and Surat.
