Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior advocates in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
• Keep up with recent legislative developments and case law
• Appear before various courts and tribunals under supervision
• Take responsibility for assigned legal matters with diligence and accuracy
• Draft petitions, replies, notices, and other legal documentation

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of current legal frameworks and procedures
• Strong understanding of legislative developments
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills
• Professional communication and courtroom etiquette
• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• B.A. + LL.B + LL.M from a recognized institution
• Must be enrolled with a Bar Council
