About the Role
NexBase is looking for a Junior AI/ML Engineer to develop AI-powered outreach systems, intelligent agents, and business process automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered systems for prospect research, lead qualification, and personalized outreach.
- Develop an AI-driven outreach ecosystem connecting data sources, CRM systems, and email platforms.
- Work with Python, LLM APIs, AI agents, and automation tools such as n8n or Make.
- Integrate applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Assist with email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with freelancers and maintain secure, well-documented systems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and APIs.
- Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in building practical AI applications and business automation solutions.
Preferred: Experience with AI projects, LLM APIs, CRM integrations, or email automation.
