About the Role

• Looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our recruitment team.
• Ideal for freshers passionate about HR and recruitment, eager to build a career in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Understand job requirements and assist in finding suitable candidates.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working during US Business Hours.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Any graduate can apply.

Additional Information:

• On-site work from Mohali, Chandigarh office.
• No cab facility provided.
• Training will be provided for freshers.
