Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person consultations.
• Perform detailed skin and hair assessments.
• Recommend individualized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols.
• Conduct and supervise aesthetic procedures.
• Monitor treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals.
• Support patient education.
• Participate in case discussions to optimize care.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru.
• Regular interaction with clients and the clinical team.
• Uses high-end, USFDA-approved equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with relevant training or specialization in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Experience or exposure to Emergency Medicine and management of procedure-related complications, with sound clinical judgment.
• Skill in delivering training and clinical guidance to junior staff, technicians, or support teams.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Appropriate registration with relevant medical council or licensing body.
• Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures such as lasers, injectables, hair transplant techniques, and other cosmetic treatments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and counseling skills, with an emphasis on patient education, informed consent, and ethical practice.
• Attention to detail, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to continuous learning in cosmetic and aesthetic advancements.
