Job Overview

Learning Routes is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Office Coordinator – Lead Distribution to manage lead allocation, monitor lead flow, and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong data management skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and the ability to prepare MIS reports and dashboards to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute leads across teams accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor lead flow, track allocation status, and identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and daily trackers using Advanced Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across tracking systems.
• Analyze lead distribution data and generate actionable insights to improve operational processes.
• Support daily operational activities and ensure adherence to lead management processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong command of Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, lead management, data management, MIS, or a similar role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive approach to identifying errors and improving operational efficiency.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
