About the Role
K21 Academy is hiring college interns across India. Interns who perform well will be offered full-time employment once they finish college. You will work inside a real EdTech business with learners and clients from around the world, learning in-demand AI and cloud skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate live sessions, supporting weekend live classes to ensure smooth operation.
- Act as a session facilitator, welcoming learners, managing questions and chat, and keeping sessions on track.
- Work with learners and clients to answer queries, follow up, and help them maximize their program benefits.
- Support the team on live initiatives, contributing to real projects in training, content, and operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Tech background (preferred): B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or similar, with a genuine interest in AI, cloud, or software.
- Non-tech graduates are welcome too: any stream is fine if you have excellent communication skills.
- English Proficiency: Clear, confident spoken and written English.
- Attitude: A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn fast.
- Presentation Skills: Good presentation skills and comfort speaking in front of a group.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently from home.

Schedule and Time Commitment
- Remote: Work from home, anywhere in India.
- Weekend Commitment:
- Days: Saturday and Sunday
- Hours: 4 hours each day
- Timing (IST): 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Flexibility: Fixed (live sessions)
- Weekday Commitment:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 2 hours each day
- Timing (IST): Any time between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Flexibility: Flexible, you choose
