About Us
Nutritionist Misha Services is a women's hormonal health coaching brand. Through our No-Pill PCOS Reversal Method, a team of dietitians, doctors, yoga coaches, mental health coaches and accountability coaches helps women manage PCOS naturally through diet, lifestyle and mindset, working alongside their doctor and never instead of them.
Role Overview
As a Growth Consultant, you'll speak with women who have already reached out for help with PCOS, understand their concerns, and guide them to the programme that fits them. This is a consultative phone sales role. Your job is to listen well, build trust, and convert the right leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound leads from our Meta ad campaigns and consultation bookings
- Understand each prospect's health concerns, goals and challenges
- Explain our programmes clearly and honestly, and recommend the right plan
- Handle objections and close enrolments
- Follow up on warm leads and collect payments
- Keep the CRM, call records and daily EOD reports up to date
- Meet weekly and monthly collection targets
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales or counselling (health, wellness or edtech preferred)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Confident on the phone, empathetic, and good at listening
- Target-driven and comfortable with performance-based pay
- Basic knowledge of PCOS, nutrition or women's health is a plus
- Graduate in any discipline (nutrition, life sciences or healthcare background preferred)
