About the Role

Nexus Ventures Apparel is hiring an enthusiastic and proactive Merchandiser to support apparel manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely updates and execution.
• Coordinate sampling, fabric sourcing, production progress, and order status.
• Track order timelines and ensure activities are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain order details, follow-up records, and production reports.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify delays or issues and follow up proactively until resolution.
• Support day-to-day merchandising and order management activities.

Requirements

• Any undergraduate degree.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment.
• Ability to take ownership and complete tasks on time.
