About the Role

As an Executive Diploma Trainee at ABB, you will support business operations by collaborating with different teams and contributing to the company's strategic objectives. You will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager or corresponding leader to support ABB's operations.

The work model for the role is: On-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Gains firsthand experience of the company's operations through various assignments over the course of the program.
• Supports the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
• Participates in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
• Discovers own interests, gains exposure to different teams/roles, and builds skills and experience through challenging and impactful assignments.
• Delivers assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a diploma degree specialization in EEE/ECE/Mechanical from the 2026 pass out batch.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop functional and professional skills in a business environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within defined timelines.
• Basic understanding of documentation, reporting, data handling, quality, and process improvement.
• Demonstrates adaptability, integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
