About the Role
MPLT Healthcare is seeking a motivated individual to launch a career in recruiting and sales as an Associate Recruiter. This role involves learning to source, engage, and build relationships with physicians in a fast-paced industry, with a clear path toward promotion into a full Recruiter role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities.
- Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
- Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management.
- Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database.
- Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow.
- Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role.

- Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
