About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, dashboards, enterprise interfaces, internal platforms, and digital systems.
• Work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive web design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
• Understanding of reusable components, component lifecycle, routing, forms, event handling, state management, DOM manipulation, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and modern user-interface best practices.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
• Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI and component frameworks will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management, bundling, and build tools.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, Vitest, unit testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing will be beneficial.
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, bundle optimization, and Core Web Vitals will be beneficial.
• Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, content security policies, and general frontend-security concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, component libraries, and translating designs into functional interfaces will be beneficial.
• Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, browser compatibility, SEO fundamentals, web-performance metrics, and user-experience optimization will be beneficial.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in frontend development, frontend engineering, web development, UI development, software development, full stack development, or related technology roles can apply.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates currently working as Associate Frontend Developer, Associate Frontend Engineer, Junior Frontend Developer, Junior Frontend Engineer, Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Frontend Software Engineer, Web Developer, Web Software Engineer, UI Developer, UI Engineer, React Developer, Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, TypeScript Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
