This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from the outset. You will need to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and take initiatives from problem identification through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor performance and support decisions.
  • Manage cross-functional action items, track dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with external partners to resolve issues and improve service levels.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures to make operations more efficient and scalable.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and support their implementation.
  • Work with the founder on priority business initiatives and operational improvement projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates from leading institutions, including Tier 1 Delhi University colleges, are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant internships in operations, analytics, consulting, supply chain, or e-commerce are a plus.

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct exposure to the founder and business decision-making.
  • A broad understanding of how a growing consumer brand operates across channels and functions.
  • Ownership of projects with measurable business impact.
  • The opportunity to build processes and capabilities as the business scales.
