The Freelancing HR role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. This professional will support the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records.
- Implement HR policies.
- Manage attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate benefits and payroll inputs with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with drafting HR communications.
- Support training initiatives.
- Address employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Collaborate closely with management and project teams to align HR practices with the studio’s culture and business objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits (development, communication, and implementation).
- Personnel Management skills (handling employee queries, maintaining records, supporting performance-related processes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior HR experience (preferably in a creative or small-business setting) will be beneficial.
