About the Role
Dhruvsoft Services Private Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Zoho Developer based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho Apps to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Create workflows, custom fields, layouts, automation rules, and integrations.
- Configure modules, build custom functions and scripts.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions within defined timelines.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system administration tasks.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of Zoho-based solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Apps.
- Experience with configuration, customization, and workflow automation in Zoho.
- Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for building and integrating Zoho solutions with external systems.
- Experience with CRM and ERP concepts (sales, marketing, service processes, data modeling, business process automation).
- Ability to analyze client requirements, design technical solutions, create detailed documentation, and support testing and deployment activities.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality and performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) is an added advantage.
