About the Role
- Provide customer support and resolve issues through calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Candidates must be located within 23 km of the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on company requirements.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3)
- Any Graduate or PG
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
Salary
- 23,000/- to 39,000/- (take-home after deductions)
