Payroll Consultant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Payroll Consultant will manage end-to-end payroll processes for clients, including payroll administration and statutory compliance. The role involves preparation of compliance-related challans, compliance monitoring, and ensuring that the same is followed across all States and cities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with payroll software.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Payroll Services and Payroll Administration skills.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
• Expertise in Payroll Taxes, including knowledge of statutory deductions, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients, employees, and internal teams on payroll and benefits matters.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits, including structuring, administration, and coordination with payroll.
• Relevant experience in payroll consulting or HR/payroll operations, preferably within financial or professional services.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information with integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in payroll or HR are an advantage.
