EVA Bharat is building India's next-generation Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising ecosystem. We transform public spaces into intelligent digital media assets, working with government bodies, municipalities, and private organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, solving business problems, understanding government ecosystems, and converting insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze government tenders relevant to business opportunities.
• Conduct rate card research and benchmarking across government departments and advertising mediums.
• Track competitors, market trends, and industry developments for actionable business insights.
• Monitor central, state, and municipal government campaigns, schemes, and public awareness initiatives.
• Research innovative creative concepts and campaign ideas for government communication.
• Track key government departments, decision-makers, officials, and relevant stakeholders across regions.
• Monitor policy updates, government notifications, industry news, and regulatory developments.
• Research municipal by-laws, advertising regulations, permissions, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed research reports, market analysis documents, proposals, and business presentations.
• Assist in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and proposal documents for government stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Government Relations, Operations, and Leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Commerce, Management, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple research assignments.
• Curiosity about government functioning, policy, infrastructure, public administration, and market research.
