Angular Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an Angular Developer to understand product problems, work with partial requirements, use AI coding tools effectively, and take ownership of delivery. This is a frontend-focused role, but a good understanding of the complete application is required, including frontend, APIs, backend, authentication, data flow, and production behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product problems and work with partial requirements.
• Use AI coding tools effectively for various tasks like understanding requirements, research, technical planning, implementation, debugging, and testing.
• Break problems into smaller tasks and give proper context to AI.
• Validate AI-generated code and improve generated solutions.
• Work on multiple activities in parallel.
• Convert customer problems, business requirements, rough ideas, or partial clarity into executable solutions.
• Understand the "why" behind features, the problems they solve, customer usage, backend/API dependencies, edge cases, failure states, and production impact.
• Take responsibility for the complete outcome of your work, from requirement to documentation.
• Be comfortable with changing priorities, working across different modules, urgent product requirements, learning unfamiliar technologies, supporting production fixes, and delivering within short timelines.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of components, services, forms, routing and RxJS.
• Experience with REST APIs / WebSockets.
• Good understanding of frontend-to-backend flow.
• Ability to identify whether an issue is frontend, API, backend, or data related.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase quickly.
• Knowledge of responsive and reusable UI development.
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflow.
• Ability to test your own work.
• Proficiency in using AI for understanding requirements, research, understanding existing code, technical planning, creating documentation, preparing feature/user flows, creating prototypes, implementation, debugging, testing, and code review.
• Ability to give proper context to AI, break problems into smaller tasks, validate AI-generated code, identify wrong assumptions, and improve generated solutions.
• Ability to work on multiple activities in parallel.
• Problem-to-Execution Mindset: Ability to convert customer problems, business requirements, rough ideas, or partial clarity into executable solutions.
