About the Role

This role involves managing accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding balances with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding balances with healthcare providers.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
• Utilize medical billing knowledge to accurately process patient statements, EOBs, and insurance claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a voice process is an added advantage.
• Graduation mandatory (2020-2026 passed are eligible).
• Age limit: 26 years.
• Location: Chennai (Work From Office - WFO).
• Ready to work in Night shifts (Timings: 6pm - 3am).
• Looking for immediate joiners.

Qualifications

For Freshers:

• Graduation mandatory (2020-2026 passed are eligible).
• Strong communication skills.
• Any previous experience in a voice process is an added advantage.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year experience as AR Caller.
• Strong knowledge in denials.
• Experience in Physician/Hospital billing.
• Looking for immediate joiners.

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers:

• 18k Take home.
• Two-way cab (up to ~25kms, ₹1500 deduction from take home).
