About the Role
- Contract basis, hybrid arrangement, primarily in the Greater Delhi Area with some flexibility for work from home.
- Develop interior concepts that integrate Feliu Boet India products.
- Prepare layouts and mood boards.
- Coordinate space planning for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to select suitable faucets, fixtures, and related finishes.
- Ensure alignment with project aesthetics and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits, measure and document spaces.
- Prepare presentations.
- Support project execution with detailed specifications.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
Qualifications
- Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop layouts, concepts, and cohesive design solutions.
- Experience with Furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, design presentations, and collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, InDesign).
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating residential or hospitality work is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to conduct site visits in the Greater Delhi Area.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, contract-based arrangement.
- Knowledge of premium/luxury finishes, plumbing fixtures, and contemporary design trends is an advantage.
