About the Role

A full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack, responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, answering product questions, and providing courteous service. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor.
• Answer product questions.
• Provide courteous service.
• Stock shelves.
• Organize displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in aisles.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
• Handle basic cash counter support when required.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow store policies.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Basic retail operations skills (handling merchandise, maintaining displays, supporting inventory checks).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic numeracy.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate loads during shifts.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Familiarity with local language and basic English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
