Student Outreach Internship

About the Role

SRs Adyapan Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and responsible students to support its student outreach initiatives. The team helps college students discover relevant internship, training, and career development opportunities through clear and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students through college networks and student communities.
• Share official updates about internships, training programmes, and career opportunities.
• Help interested students understand programme details and registration procedures.
• Support engagement and outreach activities through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Maintain basic outreach and registration updates.
• Coordinate with the remote team on outreach initiatives and assigned activities.

Requirements

• Open to college students and freshers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in networking, student engagement, and outreach.
• Comfort with WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a remote team.

Compensation

• Performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, subject to defined performance criteria and applicable terms.
• An additional incentive of ₹250 may be provided for each verified successful registration, subject to the organisation's incentive policy.
• These components are performance-linked and are not guaranteed fixed payments.

• Internship offer letter, completion certificate upon successful completion, and a Letter of Recommendation based on performance and eligibility, all subject to applicable organisational procedures.
• Selected interns may receive access to eligible opportunities offered by the organisation.
