QA Engineer, AI Applications

About the Role

The QA Engineer – AI Applications (Fresher) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual will execute manual tests for AI-driven applications, validate functionality against requirements, and ensure that software releases meet defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain test cases and test documentation.
• Perform regression and functional testing.
• Report defects with clear, reproducible steps.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and data/AI teams to understand application behavior, verify fixes, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Learn and apply QA best practices for AI-powered workflows within healthcare revenue cycle management systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational software testing skills, including Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with an understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Ability to plan and perform Test Execution using well-defined Test Cases and to document test results clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing techniques, including functional, regression, and UI testing for web-based and data-driven applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or a strong interest in learning how AI applications are tested and validated.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and follow established QA standards and procedures.
