About the Role

ISCAP Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Course Content Developers / Instructional Designers to create structured, industry-relevant learning programs for students, graduates, and working professionals. The role involves transforming subject knowledge into engaging and practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Course Curriculum Development
• Design course outlines, modules, lessons, and learning pathways.
• Define clear learning objectives and expected outcomes.
• Structure content for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Organise content into lessons, activities, assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Ensure logical content progression and avoid unnecessary repetition.
• Instructional Design & Lesson Planning
• Convert subject matter into learner-friendly explanations and structured lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, reference guides, and downloadable resources.
• Create examples, case studies, exercises, and practical demonstrations.
• Adapt content for different learner levels and formats.
• Recommend appropriate learning activities, visual aids, and assessment methods.
• MCQs, Assessments & Evaluation
• Create multiple-choice questions, quizzes, practical tests, and descriptive questions.
• Prepare correct answers, explanations, and assessment rubrics.
• Map assessments to learning objectives.
• Review questions for ambiguity, accuracy, and difficulty.
• Develop question banks for quizzes, examinations, and revision.
• Practical Assignments & Projects
• Create hands-on assignments and real-world case studies.
• Develop projects aligned with taught skills.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare sample solutions or evaluation guidance.
• Ensure projects demonstrate meaningful learner understanding.
• Learning Content Research & Quality Assurance
• Research reliable sources and verify factual information.
• Review content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, originality, and consistency.
• Check for plagiarism, outdated information, and unsupported claims.
• Ensure appropriate licensing or attribution for third-party material.
• Use AI tools responsibly with human verification.
• Collaboration & Course Improvement
• Work with trainers, mentors, subject experts, and program coordinators.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and learners.
• Revise content based on assessment performance and knowledge gaps.
• Maintain organised files, version history, and documentation.
• Prepare materials for an online learning platform.

You may work with: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, learning management systems, assessment platforms, and AI-assisted content tools. Prior experience with every tool is not mandatory.
