About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and work with customers across India.

- Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
- Understand customer requirements and address concerns
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Follow up with customers and close renewals
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned renewal targets
