About the Role

The Web Developer Intern role at Rconsoft Services is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting the development and maintenance of web-based applications and interfaces. This role offers hands-on experience with real projects that support internal initiatives and client-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Implementing responsive web designs.
• Helping integrate new features under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborating with team members to test, debug, and optimize web pages and applications for performance and usability.
• Contributing to documentation.
• Participating in virtual meetings.
• Learning best practices in secure, scalable web development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in Web Development, including familiarity with common web technologies and frameworks.
• Skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Skills in Back-End Web Development, including working with server-side logic, databases, or APIs.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
• Basic knowledge of version control (e.g., Git).
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
