About the Role
The Volunteer role at Suit up mx is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations.
- Help organize and run events.
- Assist with coordinating program activities and beneficiaries.
- Prepare materials.
- Set up and close down event spaces.
- Welcome and guide participants.
- Provide logistical support to the team.
- Help with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with staff and other volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Reliability to be present on-site full time in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to stand, move, and help with light physical tasks during events.
- Willingness to adapt to changing program needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively, support events, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in community service, social impact, or nonprofit work.
- Prior volunteer experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is a plus.
