Content Creation Intern

About the Role

Pitaara India is seeking creative, curious, and independent content creators who can discover stories, transform them into compelling visual narratives, and produce content people want to watch. The role involves recognizing creative potential in everyday experiences for various content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Story Hunting & Ideation: Independently discover content opportunities, conceptualize engaging stories, write compelling scripts, and create strong hooks.
• Filmmaking & Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short films, long format videos, product videos, art vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories. Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Creative Exploration: Explore Indian artforms, crafts, festivals, and cultural experiences through indoor and outdoor shoots, bringing fresh perspectives to traditional subjects.
• Content Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute growth-focused content plans for Instagram, YouTube (and YouTube shorts), and other platforms, maintaining Pitaara's visual aesthetics and brand identity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of short-form content, visual storytelling, contemporary filmmaking, cinematography, lighting, and framing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software is preferred.
• Confidence communicating on camera.
• Comfort working independently.
• Willingness to undertake outdoor shoots as required.

Qualifications

• Creative initiative, originality, and storytelling ability are valued over formal qualifications.
• Genuine interest in Indian art, cultural traditions, and craftsmanship is highly desirable.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site + Outdoor Shoots)
