Social Media Content Creator Intern

Factos is a growing organization focused on using data, digital content, and online engagement to create meaningful impact. The company values creativity, experimentation, and a strong understanding of social media culture. This is a part-time Social Media Content Creator Intern role in a hybrid setup, based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, short videos, and basic graphics.
• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Draft captions.
• Schedule posts.
• Monitor engagement.
• Assist with responding to comments or messages under guidance.
• Perform basic research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Assist with performance tracking and simple reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and familiarity with current trends and formats.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Basic creative skills, such as simple video editing or graphic creation.
• Organizational skills to manage a content calendar, follow posting schedules, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, shared documents, messaging apps).
• Basic data awareness for reviewing content performance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
