Civil Engineering Intern

About the Role

The Civil Engineering Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasik. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to civil engineering processes while building core professional and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support civil engineering projects by assisting with basic design tasks.
• Prepare drawings and documentation.
• Assist with site visits and inspections under supervision.
• Collect and organize project data.
• Support water resource and infrastructure planning activities.
• Assist with quantity estimates and reports.
• Collaborate with faculty and project leads.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge in basic Civil Engineering Design principles.
• Awareness of Water Resource Management concepts and interest in related field applications.
• Emerging Project Management abilities, including task organization and time management.
• Strong Communication skills for working with teams, documenting work, and interacting with stakeholders.
• Additional beneficial qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a civil engineering or diploma program.
• Familiarity with CAD or drafting tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to learn in on-site field conditions.
