The role requires an individual with a sharp personality, a natural flair for communication, an eye for style, and the intelligence to understand people, with the ability to convert conversations into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences to customers.
- Understand individual preferences and recommend footwear that complements their style and personality.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and brand experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English and Hindi language proficiency.
- Communication skills (persuasive).
- Interpersonal skills.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Interest in fashion, luxury, and premium customer experiences.
- Commercially intelligent, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- A confident, polished, and professional personality.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or premium sales is an advantage.
- Exceptional freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome.
