About the Role
The Marketing Intern Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Gather competitive intelligence.
- Analyze industry trends across Posspole’s focus sectors.
- Help develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Draft basic marketing content.
- Support sales and customer outreach activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize promotional initiatives, events, and communications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Sales and basic Marketing skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated learning mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
