About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, job groups, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining commitments.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and update candidate details in the ATS.
- Achieve daily sourcing and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and meet deadlines.
