UPS Lakshmi is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for a new project. We are looking for fresh engineering graduates eager to learn, develop technical skills, and build a career in the manufacturing industry.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates from Rohtak and nearby locations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist respective departments in daily engineering and project-related activities.
- Support design, product development, procurement, or quality management processes, depending on the assigned role.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow company procedures.
- Learn and implement engineering best practices under the guidance of experienced professionals.
