About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for Field Collection Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers to follow up on overdue payments.
• Explain account status and agree on realistic repayment plans in line with company policies.
• Verify customer information.
• Document interactions accurately and update internal systems with collection outcomes.
• Coordinate with the credit and finance teams.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct during all field visits.
• Meet assigned collection targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Skills in Debt Collection and Credit Control.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Analytical Skills.
• Basic Finance knowledge.
• Relevant experience in collections, recovery, or customer-facing financial services roles is beneficial.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.
• A degree in finance, commerce, or business is an added advantage.
