About the Role

The Associate role at Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chakan. The Associate will support day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including coordination of warehousing activities, transportation schedules, and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely dispatches, accurate inventory records, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Assist in tracking shipments.
• Prepare reports.
• Resolve operational queries.
• Maintain data in relevant systems.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Provide operational support to supervisors and managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills in logistics, warehousing, and transportation coordination.
• Competence in documentation, record-keeping, and basic data management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfort with using basic computer applications (MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and logistics or ERP systems.
• Willingness to learn new tools.
• Educational background in logistics, supply chain, commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience or internship in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Chakan.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
