Job Title: Wealth Manager – NRI Process

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Salary Package: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA

Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls related to the NRI process.
• Communicate professionally with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about wealth management services.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and effective communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates from locations outside GIFT City are preferred.
