Open HR Tracks
We are bringing on board driven student learners across multiple functional HR tracks:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Screening profiles, candidate outreach, and managing talent pipelines.
- Interview Coordination & Screening: Scheduling, conducting initial evaluations, and supporting panels.
- HR Operations & Support (Junior HR / Trainee): Onboarding assistance, documentation, and coordination.
- HR Team Lead / Senior Trainee Track: Mentoring junior peers, workflow delegation, and driving hiring targets (awarded based on leadership evaluation).
Structure & Compensation
- Initial Immersion Period (Month 1): Comprehensive corporate training, live shadow sessions, and skill-building modules.
- Core Contribution Period (Month 2 onwards): Eligible candidates transition into performance-incentivized/paid milestone engagement with extended tenure and leadership opportunities.
- Certificate & Letter of Recommendation: Awarded upon successful milestone completion.
Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of an undergraduate degree (any discipline).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit scheduled daily hours remotely.
- High integrity, willingness to learn, and proactive team collaboration.
