About the Role
The Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Decisions impact your own work and are closely supervised.
- Act as an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good in verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Commercial Banking Operations - Core Banking skills required.
Qualifications
- BCom / Master of Business Administration
- Years of Experience: 0 to 1 years
