About the Role
The Corporate Banking Wholesale Banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. This role involves developing and delivering core banking solutions for applications that process essential banking functions, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Primary interaction within your own team and your direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Decisions impact your own work and are closely supervised.
- Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Core Banking Operations - Core Banking
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
- Rotational shifts may be required
