About the Role

• Seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Engineer Trainees to join the Technical Sales team.
• Responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries and working within sales departments.
• Requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to customers.
• Role Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Building the SEW brand and value proposition in the market.
• Achieving sales targets to OEM/EU customers assigned.
• Generating weekly customer visit reports and submitting them to the respective Branch Manager.
• Submitting weekly customer visit plans to the respective Branch Manager.
• Ensuring service and application support to customers assigned.
• Collection of receivables and statutory forms.
• Managing and developing relationships with customers.
• Forecasting and reporting of expected orders.
• Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
• Updating customer details in the internal database system.
• Responsible for maintaining documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech graduates from the 2026 batch, specializing in Electrical (EE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechatronics Engineering. (Other branches, please excuse).
• Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for technical sales.
