About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site CA Article Assistant role. The Article Assistant will support audit engagements, including statutory and internal audits. The role involves assisting in tax return preparation, working on income tax and GST-related filings, and helping with compliance documentation and workings. The Article Assistant will contribute to financial statement preparation, schedules, and reconciliations, and support company incorporation and ROC filings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements, including statutory and internal audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in tax return preparation.
• Work on income tax and GST-related filings.
• Help with compliance documentation and workings.
• Contribute to financial statement preparation, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Support company incorporation and ROC filings.

Qualifications

• Completion of CA Intermediate both groups as per ICAI Articleship requirements.
