About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position in Mumbai.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and creating original jewelry designs, including fashion jewelry and product lines aligned with client requirements and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Sketching and drawing design concepts.
• Developing detailed technical specifications.
• Translating ideas into Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models for prototyping and production.
• Collaborating with clients, merchandisers, and production teams to refine designs, select materials, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Maintaining quality standards.
• Contributing to trend research.
• Creating design presentations.
• Implementing ongoing improvements to existing collections.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills for diverse product ranges.
• Proficiency in Drawing and visual sketching.
• Experience in Product Design.
• Hands-on expertise with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools used in jewelry design.
• Knowledge of materials, stones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creativity.
• Ability to work within brand and client guidelines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Product Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a jewelry design studio, fashion house, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
