About The Role

  • Identify and qualify mid-market and enterprise accounts for the account executive team, with a focus on B2B SaaS buyers in IT, security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Sit at the front line of a data-driven sales organization, blending high-volume outbound prospecting with multithreading into buying committees.
  • Serve as the primary pipeline generator for a well-funded go-to-market team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 50+ daily outbound touches (calls, LinkedIn, personalized email sequences) using Salesloft and Outreach to book qualified discovery meetings.
  • Research target accounts and buying committees using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data to craft relevant, persona-specific messaging.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP and BANT criteria, and route to account executives with complete handoff notes in Salesforce.
  • Own monthly and quarterly pipeline-generation quotas, consistently hitting meeting and sourced-pipeline targets.
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns against named account lists in coordination with marketing and revenue operations.
  • Track and report activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics weekly; use data to iterate on messaging and sequences.
  • Sharpen discovery and objection-handling skills through ongoing training, call reviews, and mentorship from senior reps.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a quota-carrying role.
  • Internships and campus sales leadership count.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable cold-calling and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Coachable and resilient — motivated by measurable targets and rapid feedback loops.
  • High organizational discipline: accurate CRM hygiene and consistent follow-up on high volumes of accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar sales-tech stacks is a plus.
  • Bonus: prior SaaS or tech-industry exposure, experience selling to IT or security buyers, or a track record of competitive achievement in sports, academics, or prior work.
